Take It To The Streets offers an abundance of outreach opportunities to the community and for volunteers to get involved in serving their community. We are constantly working to expand our opportunities to the meet the needs of the community.

How we are impacting the community:

Neighborhood Fellowship: Volunteers can pray and share the gospel of Jesus with residents twice a month in the community off of Dorchester Road and other areas. During this time volunteers can give out food to residents and help meet needs.

When: Second and fourth Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Family Field Day: Play sports with kids, do a bible lesson, and give out food to families at the Wye Lane Park, North Charleston, SC

When: Every Saturday from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM

First Priority Club: Teach and encourage the expression of the Arts in multiple forms, share the gospel with high school students, and help mentor students at North Charleston High School, North Charleston, SC.

When: First, third, and fifth Thursday of each month from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Through efforts such as Neighborhood Outreach we have the ability to spend one on one time with members of the neighborhood getting to know them and forming lasting relationships. For four years now we have been a presence in the North Charleston community and the bonds we are forming are growing daily. We encourage anyone looking for a chance to serve the community they live in to take a look at the opportunities above and see if any of these fit your gifts. From raising up young leaders in the community to helping adults get back on their feet and seek gainful employment, the chance to give back is there. Are you willing?
